It is by performing Jean Poiret’s comedy “Happy Easter” that the Comédiens du Chêne began their 2024/2025 season. From Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 November, the Diapason room will have caused bursts of laughter from the spectators who came in large numbers.
In the role of a couple going through a difficult time, the husband being the victim of the “noonday demon”, Viviane Da Silva and Francis Tortul lived up to their reputation more than ever: funny as can be. Lisa Leroux performed in a very cheerful manner, a young ingénue, a repertoire that suits her perfectly. We will note the first appearance on stage of Agnès Bonadéo whose expressive facial expressions seduced the audience. In the skin of a crazy woman, Stéphanie Beneite stood out with her raspy banter. The Walter family was played by three regulars on the Cassipontine boards who no longer need to be introduced: Magalie Sirjacques, a perfect bourgeoisie with open airs, Frédéric Blanc and Xavier Muchuit who, even in supporting roles, know how to occupy the space and vigorously bring their text to life .
Next meeting on December 8
To celebrate Christmas, Viviane Da Silva, founder and director of the Comédiens du Chêne troupe, will present Sunday December 8 at 3 p.m., a play entitled “Le ribbon” by Fourmiguette. This show, for young and old, is not to be missed under any circumstances as it is always delicious to see young budding actors overcome their stage fright and give the best of themselves. A big thank you to all the faithful and volunteers who make it possible to experience great theatrical evenings. We will meet them with the whole troupe on January 30 and 31 as well as February 1 and 2, 2025 in “Behind the scenes” by Florian Zeller.
