Change of direction for Flavie Flament! Since the start of the school year, the host has been part of the new Télématin team on France 2, succeeding Marie Portolano. A new professional challenge which has considerably changed her daily life, as she candidly revealed on the set of C L'Hebdo this Saturday evening.
A rhythm of life disrupted by the constraints of the morning
To ensure the presentation of the France 2 morning show, Benjamin Castaldi's ex-wife had to adopt a particular lifestyle. In fact, his sleep schedules are now strictly regulated, with bedtime between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
A situation which also provoked irony from Gérard Jugnot, present on the set: “It's a lovely evening, that“, he said with humor. This new organization had a direct impact on his social life, to the point that the host confided to having “lost all [ses] amis”. However, she fully assumes this choice, affirming that this “little social life” East “a choice“deliberate on his part.
Intense weekends to compensate
If the week is punctuated by professional constraints, Flavie Flament has found a balance by taking full advantage of her weekends. The host, currently in a relationship, does not hesitate to make up for lost time: “That doesn't stop me from enjoying the weekend, from living, from eating, from drinking, from making love… I do the whole weekend, which I don't do the rest of the week“, she confides enthusiastically.
However, this intense pace has some unexpected consequences on his leisure activities. The presenter thus reveals a funny anecdote: “For about two months, I've been watching the same first episode of a series, because I fall asleep every day after 10 minutes“. A detail which testifies to the demands of his new position, where “we know that minutes of sleep count“, as she points out.
This new life, despite its constraints, seems to suit Flavie Flament who has found her rhythm alongside her co-presenter Julien Arnaud. After some initial adjustments, the duo found their feet to offer France 2 viewers a dynamic and professional daily wake-up call.
