Kelly Bado in concert with the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra

Kelly Bado will be in concert Sunday at the Franco-Manitobain Cultural Center (CCFM) with the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra.

It was during a summer show at Patio 340 in 2022 that the artistic director of the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra first heard Kelly Bado. Richard Gillis was touched by the power of her voice. This is how the concert project Hey Moma reference to the song of the same name released a few years ago on the album Hey Earth, was born.
