Became a unmissable festival for the outdoor community, Montagne en Scène is traveling across Europe to cinemas for its Winter Edition 2024. The event offers screenings in emblematic locations, including the Grand Rex in Paris, where the screenings will take place from November 12 to January 24. As the sessions are often full, we strongly advise you to reserve your seats at the ticket office.Each film is shown in the original version with French subtitles, which helps maintain the authenticity of the stories presented.

This year, Montagne en Scène presents four breathtaking films. Always Alive follows athlete Hillary Gerardi in her record ascent of Mont Blanc, an ecological and physical challenge. With Painting the Mountainswe immerse ourselves in the landscapes of El Chalten alongside steep skiers who push the limits on the giants of Patagonia. In Of a LifetimeMila goes on an expedition to Antarctica with her family to experience an initiatory journey and unforgettable descents. Finally, Ground Up takes us to Yosemite, where Amity Warme and Brent Barghahn tackle the ascent of El Capitan. Each film, of great intensity, reveals the beauty of nature and the commitment of adventurers.
