the 4th edition of the Culture and Science festival is coming

The Bron festival, near , dedicated to culture and science, will this year examine the issues of food.

For the fourth time, the Culture and Science festival in Bron, near Lyon, is offered by the City of Bron, under the sponsorship of Christophe Marguin, chef and president of Toques Blanches Lyonnaises. After the environment, the universe and sport, the festival is challenging itself this year to analyze the issues surrounding food.

From its other name “Mission [4] Possible”, the festival will take place on November 15 and 16 at the Jean-Prévost Media Library in Bron. For the occasion, Guillaume Gomez, former chef of the kitchens of the Élysée, will be present. Exhibitions, interviews, round tables with researchers, activities, workshops and even tastings are on the program. The event is free.

The producers’ market will also take place on Saturday November 16, from 10 a.m., on the square in front of the media library. Several activities specially organized for children are also on the program. Note the presence of farmers from “L’Amour est dans le pré” Jérôme and Lucile Clavel, as well as that of starred chef Christian Têtedoie.
