Nekfeu reacts to his ex-wife’s accusations
This late Monday afternoon, Nekfeu came out of silence to react to the accusations of the mother of his child. He speaks of a “lying and defamatory press release” and entirely “false” distributed by his ex-wife’s lawyer: “These accusations were dismissed by the courts and come back at the same time when she (his ex-wife , editor’s note) was arrested last night for the worrying disappearance of my 3-year-old son. She has currently been under judicial supervision since September and is prohibited from approaching our son’s school.
The rapper explains that his ex-partner never accepted the divorce proceedings he initiated three years ago and that she has since tried “to use (their) child” to reach him. She allegedly blackmailed him financially. “She has been convicted several times,” Nekfeu wrote, adding that it was in this context that he obtained custody of their son, in March 2024.
The rapper has already transmitted to the police “all the elements which prove (his) innocence and the malicious intentions of (his) ex-wife”: “She will be tried again in January 2025”. “I never thought one day I would find myself in this humiliating situation and I am all the more saddened and disgusted as I firmly believe that we must redouble our efforts to make the voices of women victims of violence heard” , declared the artist again.
