Back for a 7e edition, the Québec Table Gourmande culinary festival, inspired by its Montreal counterpart MTLàTABLE, celebrates the best of gastronomy in the Old Capital.
Published yesterday at 2:00 p.m.
This year, 70 restaurants – including a dozen new arrivals – will offer table d’hôtes (between three and five courses) at fixed prices of $25, $45, $65 and $95. Some establishments even offer the option of a food and wine pairing in collaboration with Bordeaux Wines.
The gourmet offerings range from more convivial places like La Planque, Faite à l’os and Le Cendrillon, to large restaurants such as Arvi, Boulay bistro boréal, Le Clan, Le Laurie Raphaël and L’Orygine.
Interesting fact: those who prepay for their meals online will receive a promotional card equivalent to 40% of their purchase applicable towards a future meal at one of the participating restaurants. A good initiative to counter defaulting customers, no showthis scourge of the restaurant world.
