Sunday October 20, University Choir of -Mediterranean et lesson Sweeties will follow one another on the stage of Kiasma has Castelnau-le-Lez. A concert not to be missed organized as part ofPink October by the / Languedoc-Roussillon committee of the Foundation for Medical Research (FMR) in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Classical and jazz

The Montpellier-Mediterranean University Choir will perform Schubert, Jenkins, Rossini, Verdi, Gounod, Offenbach… There are sixty experienced choristers, men and women, who dedicate themselves to the interpretation of a polyphonic repertoire, both secular and sacred, under the direction of Valérie Blanvillain.


A vocal ensemble of women, made up of around ten singers, the Sweeties sing and dance swing, with an infectious joie de vivre. American swing, jazzy French songs, Italian jazz and swaying Latin rhythms… their repertoire is deliciously retro.

The profits from this concert organized by the regional committee of the FRM will be donated to the Foundation for Medical Research to help research against breast cancer.

Sunday October 20 at 6 p.m. (doors open at 5 p.m.) at Kiasma, rue de la Crouzette in Castelnau-le-Lez. Duration: 2 hours with intermission – a refreshment bar will be offered to you. Full price: €15.
