The Parisian festival, which has been taking over the FGO-Barbara since 2020, will be held from November 20 to 22. A new edition to highlight the young contemporary scene.
Highlight “a new wave of artists with varied horizons and aesthetics who make up the richness of young contemporary creation”. This is the objective stated by the Ici Demain Festival team, an event whose 5th edition will be held from November 20 to 22 at the FGO-Barbara, a concert hall in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
This year again, the festivities will be punctuated by the appearances of a host of emerging artists – who benefit from the support of the said venue, which allows them to take their first steps on stage.
A young plural scene
On the program for this edition: rap (22Carbone, Adés the Planet, Sophieanne, LinLin, Skow, Slump, Yecke, Ange Parme, Blasé), pop (Camille Yembé, CMARG, Daysy, Lovelace, Dog Park, Lou-Angel ), punk (0nlyfun, Ménades), electronic music (Jorrdan, LaPhilantrope, Sorosoro), groups with multiple influences, from jazz to folk, including rock (Alma Rechtman, Isaac, Max Baby, Lord$) .
The FGO-Barbara team, for whom contemporary creation includes not only music, but also the visual arts, called on the young illustrator Clara Bieliaeff to think about the aesthetics of the festival.
