A meeting place for chocolate lovers for 30 years, the Chocolate Artisan Market is being held this Sunday, October 13, all day long at Place Saint-Georges.

Since Friday and until this Sunday evening, eleven artisan chocolatiers await you in the heart of the Pink City, Place Saint-Georges, for an “intensely chocolatey journey” and full of surprises. They come from and the region, but also from Provence and the Basque Country, to pass on their passion to you, help you discover their know-how and share their manufacturing secrets.

Lovers of dark, white or milk chocolate, available in bars, candy, praline, bites, ganache, desserts, organic or frozen, there is something to delight all taste buds. Free tastings or chocolate workshops for young and old, the artisans have a whole program in store for you.

This Sunday morning, the sensory journey resumes with a discovery and tasting workshop of fine chocolates offered by “De la fève au Palais”, or even praline and ganache with “La Compagnie du Chocolat”.

The youngest will learn to make chocolate lollipops with Antoine Fornara. At the end of the afternoon, you will learn everything about the making of “feuillant d’or”, the famous candy, a specialty of . But first, don’t miss, at 2 p.m., the chocolate sculpture demonstration of an African mask by Sébastien Bello from Bello & Angeli. And if you’re lucky in the draw for the Question and Answer Game, you could win 1 year’s worth of chocolate!
