Marciac. On the way to the 3rd Week of Possibilities

Exploring possibilities in favor of a more sustainable world is what the 3rd edition of the week of possibilities which will take place from October 19 to 27 offers. Organized by the Librairie La Chouette Qui Lit, CinéJim32 in Marciac and the association Les Rencontres Citoyennes in Tillac, it will take place in the municipalities of Marciac, Plaisance, Tieste-Uragnoux, Ju-Belloc and Riscle, as for the themes they revolve around water, trees, birds and education.

So in Marciac, the week will begin on Sunday October 20 at 5 p.m. with a session movie theater with the screening of the documentary by Yolande Cadrin – Rossignol and Marie-Dominique Michaud “the ocean seen from the heart”. At the cinema again on Tuesday October 22 at 9 p.m. screening of the documentary “The River” by Dominique Marchais and on Wednesday 23 two screenings for young audiences with at 11 a.m. an animated short film “The Tale Tree” and at 3 p.m. an animated film “The Wild Robot” by Chris Sanders. Friday, October 25, Ciné Jim will screen at 8:30 p.m. a documentary in the heart of the Pyrenees by Chris Castillon “La Neste, in each valley flows a river”.

To the Library The reading owl Tuesday October 22 at 5:30 p.m. presentation of the book “La forme du Fleuve” by Gwenaëlle Abolivier then Wednesday 23, departure from the bookstore for an outing to discover birds with the League for the Protection of Birds (registration required ) and at 5:30 p.m. meeting with Daphné Tamage for her latest novel “The Return of Saturn”.
