The objective of this initiative is to encourage exchanges with a public passionate about cinema and share experiences in order to inspire young talents in the field of cinema. It will also be an opportunity for participants, through their pitch sessions, to approach, present and defend their ideas in a more effective and convincing manner. In addition, this day is part of the programming of the French Institute of Congo to support the development of the 7 sectoreart in Congo, while providing a learning and networking platform for young emerging talents.

“The idea for this initiative was born from our deep conviction that Brazzaville and Congo have exceptional potential in digital cinema. Faced with the rapid evolution of technologies and emerging challenges, we felt the urgent need to create a training center that provides young people with the skills necessary to excel in this rapidly transforming field. We designed this project to provide modern, in-depth training while celebrating and preserving our cultural heritage. By launching this center, we aim to prepare the next generation of professionals and stimulate a local creative revolution “, added Armel Luyzo Mboumba because, he said, a certain number of strategies are put in place for the sustainability of this initiative, namely the organization of exclusive events, offering modern equipment to improve the experience in cinema, exploit digital marketing, while using social networks, interactive campaigns and engaging content to promote films.

It will also be a question for them of establishing partnerships and collaborations with local entrepreneurs, influencers, the media to extend the reach of their vision and attract new spectators, encourage community participation by organizing workshops, the screening of community films and networking events to involve local communities; optimize accessibility with online screenings, subtitles and multilingual options to reach a wider audience; create spaces for exchange where young people could interact with cinema professionals, share their experiences and receive advice for their future projects and train them in the areas of screenwriting, directing, production and post-production. “By providing cutting-edge training and modern resources, we aim to cultivate a new generation of highly skilled professionals in the field of film and digital. This will help strengthen the local creative sector, stimulate innovation and increase the employability of young people. We hope that Forge will become a regional center of excellence, attracting international talent and projects, while promoting Congolese culture on the world stage. he explained.
