THE SPORT SCAN – Competing in the Qatar Prix de la Forêt at ParisLongchamp, the filly Ramatuelle, co-owned by Tony Parker, won her race before the eyes of her delighted owner.
Since March 2021, Tony Parker has owned a stable named Infinity Nine Horses. The former NBA San Antonio Spurs basketball player was present during the Qatar Prix de la Forêt at ParisLonghamp for the race of his Group I filly, Ramatuelle. The latter won her first race in this category, in front of her owner who was in seventh heaven to see his filly fly over the race.
Surrounded by his loved ones, including Matt Pokora, the president of ASVEL saw the second victory of one of his fillies in Group I. “ I’m so happy. She deserved to win. She has been placed in a group I several times and now she wins the title, it’s huge! I didn’t have too many scares in the final phase, but as we had failed several times, I still asked myself a few questions… We knew everything was going well in training and this victory is deserved . I am very happy for the filly!» Tony Parker told ParisTurf after the race.
