. Mireille Perrin and HM Créations, in contrast at the Paraire chapel

The double exhibition on offer until Sunday October 13 at the Paraire chapel immerses you in two contrasting worlds. That of Mireille Perrin’s paintings and that of Marc Hermelin’s “upcycling” creations. In this Paraire chapel, the two artists chose to mix their creations. But it’s impossible not to know who did what!

Mireille Perrin, and her colors used in “mixed technique” as she says, where she mixes collage and painting, brings all her light to this exhibition. A painter for many years, she also gave lessons in her painting studio on Boulevard Belle-Isle, called the Atelier des arts. She does not hide the pleasure she has in returning to the picture rails after a last exhibition in 2019. It is also the fruit of her work, all in abstraction, carried out in recent years that she is exhibiting. And we can say that its colorful universe therefore contrasts with the darker one of HM Créations, which does upcycling in Steam punk fashion. An industrial atmosphere with an imaginary flavor can be summed up.

From numerous bedside lamps, each in sometimes very different worlds, to sculptures, including creations straight out of his imagination, the Ruthenian artist offers often unexpected and finely crafted creations.

Thus, both of them provide the public with a little moment of distraction and discovery by plunging them into their universe, perhaps not so distant in reality. It’s up to you.

Exhibition visible every day, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., until Sunday October 13 inclusive, at the Paraire chapel in .
