Alexandra and Audrey Lamy, the inseparable sisters on the Nice red carpet

One plays a 19th century schoolteacher in the latest film by director Eric Besnard, the other plays the role of an adrift mother ready to make any sacrifices for her autistic son, in the new feature film by John Wax. Two very distinct projects which nevertheless brought together Alexandra and Audrey Lamy on the red carpet of the 6th edition of the Cinéroman Festival.

This annual event takes place in Nice – from September 30 to October 5 – and highlights films adapted from all forms of literature. Chaired this year by screenwriters Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de la Patellière, the Festival has welcomed a selection of choice actors and actresses since its opening.

The Lamy sisters, family above all

Both actresses, Alexandra and Audrey Lamy have never stopped encouraging each other in their respective projects. In 2023, the “Killer Coaster” series by Nikola Lange and Thomas Mansuy brought them together for the first time. They are not the only Lamys to have joined the program, young Chloé (daughter of Alexandra Lamy) also participated in the series.
