Le Jardin-Fleuri is offering a series of activities, throughout Blue Week, for the benefit of the elderly.
Two events are planned today. At 2:30 p.m., the corks collected within the residence will be given to the Bouchons d’amour association.
This will be followed by the opening of an exhibition presented by the Association of Railway Painters of Orléanais.
On Wednesday, from 2:30 p.m., a nutritionist nurse will offer a workshop-conference on eating well at all ages.
Friday, at 2:30 p.m., a historical and tourist conference will be given on New Orleans.
On Saturday, the Barrière-Saint-Marc neighborhood committee will present a charitable action, as part of Pink October. Like every year, a pink and blue walk will conclude the week, with the Michel-de-la-Fournière school. The funds collected will be entirely donated to the League Against Cancer.
