Like every year, Time Out magazine publishes its ranking of the coolest neighborhoods in the world. First place is occupied by a district located in the South of France, in a city more fashionable than ever: Marseille. His name? The Notre-Dame-du-Mont district located in the 6th arrondissement of the Marseille city.
