Death of Alain Delon: “The most beautiful of all time”, this statement that no one expected

The actor left no one indifferent… Sunday, August 18, 2024, Alain Delon died at the age of 88. In a statement to AFP, his three children shared: “A great wild animal has died, who fascinated and divided at the same time (…) He passed away peacefully in his house in Douchy, surrounded by his three children and his family. (…) His family asks you to respect his privacy, in this extremely painful time of mourning”.

Since then, many personalities have paid tribute to him on social networks as well as on television. Tuesday, August 27, 2024, three days after the funeral of the legend of French cinema, it was in the show On marche sur la tête, on Europe 1, that Cyril Hanouna praised Alain Delon.

Cyril Hanouna: “Alain Delon, what an actor!”

Moved, the host of Touche pas à mon poste declared:
“Alain Delon… You know that I have watched all of Alain Delon’s films! When he died, I told myself that I would see Alain Delon’s films, but I realized that I had seen them all. Honestly, incredible! I saw Plein Soleil again the day before yesterday.”before slipping in with humor:
“I thought it was with Bernard Montiel at the base!”.

A fan of the actor, Cyril Hanouna assured: “Alain Delon, what an actor! I don’t think I’ve ever seen… For me, it’s the most beautiful of all time. He is amazing!”. If the C8 star was very close to Jean-Paul Belmondo, she assured that she did not know Alain Delon well. “For me, it’s still an incredible myth!”he added.

Cyril Hanouna: “A great one, perhaps the greatest”

The same day,
Veronica de Villele
a close friend of the actor, said in On marche sur la tête: “I have so many memories with him. He is a fabulous boy and extremely good. I lost someone good, I’m really upset. On BFMTV, she had already indicated: “I had a completely incredible relationship with Alain. He was a big brother. I had messages from him every week, I attended all his filming… I can’t explain it, I’m devastated with sadness anyway. My heart is broken in two this morning.”.

A few days earlier, Cyril Hanouna had paid tribute to the actor on X (ex-Twitter). “A legend has left us today. Alain Delon was one of these true legends. He was an actor who transported us to another dimension in each of his roles. A great one, perhaps the greatest. All my thoughts go to his family and loved ones.”he had written.
