HRH Princess Lalla Meryem represents HM the King at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III – Today Morocco

HRH Princess Lalla Meryem represented, on Saturday in London, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, Sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland North.

Arriving in London on Thursday, HRH Princess Lalla Meryem took part, on Friday at Buckingham Palace, in a reception offered by His Majesty King Charles III to dignitaries who came to attend his coronation ceremony.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to HM Charles III, on the occasion of his coronation Sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and to Her Majesty Queen Camilla at the occasion of her coronation Queen consort.

In this message, the Sovereign expressed, in His own name and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations to HM Charles III and HM Queen Camilla, wishing them a reign marked by progress and prosperity, beneficial to their people.

HM the King reiterated His deep pride in the ties of solid friendship and mutual esteem uniting the two Sovereigns and the two Royal Families, as well as the distinguished relations based on fruitful cooperation and active solidarity linking the two countries.

The Sovereign expressed his conviction that these centuries-old relations can only be further strengthened thanks to “Our common determination to develop them in the service of the supreme interests of Our two friendly peoples”.

HM the King reiterated His warm congratulations and His expressions of esteem to HM King Charles III and HM Queen Camilla, expressing to them, as well as to all the members of the Royal Family, His best wishes for health, happiness and long life.
