Armed with her fiancé Michael Polansky and her acting partner, actor Joaquin Phoenix, Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, her real name, walked the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival wearing a sumptuous black dress by Dior. This haute couture piece, which required no less than 850 hours of work, featured a pleated bouffant skirt, a velvet corset and a diamond set.
