The three children of Alain Delon, who died almost three weeks ago, received their father’s will at the end of last week.
Nearly three weeks after the death of Alain Delon, his will was sent last Friday by his notary to his three children, BFMTV learned from a source close to the case, confirming information from Le Figaro.
Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien, the three children of Alain Delon, have thirty days to contest the document, as required by Swiss law, according to which the will applies.
Even before the actor’s death, his children expressed their disagreements, particularly over the management of their father’s end of life.
“My sister will have 50%”
In January 2024, Anthony Delon, speaking on BFMTV, had already raised the issue of inheritance, stating that the issue of inheritance was “confirmed, acted upon”.
“My sister will have 50% of my father’s fortune. My brother and I have what is called the reserve share, which is 25% each.”
“It doesn’t shock me, I know my father’s old-fashioned upbringing,” he stressed, assuming that Alain Delon wanted to “protect” his daughter. “I don’t find it unfair. I would have decided differently.”
Alain Delon has never hidden the fact that his preference went to his daughter Anouchka. A tough father with his two sons, he was nothing but gentle with the young woman born in 1990. He even acted in the theater alongside her.
“I have a daughter who is the love of my life, maybe even a little too much compared to the others, it can be offensive sometimes,” he admitted in 2018 on the show. Tea or Coffee“I may have helped her as I have not helped others enough,” he concluded.
