Johann-Wenzel of Liechtenstein and Felicitas von Hartig: happy marriage in Vienna!

Prince Johann-Wenzel of Liechtenstein and Countess Felicitas von Hartig said “yes” surrounded by their family and all their loved ones! On June 10, 2023 in Vienna, the happiness of the bride and groom was cloudless.

A few days before their religious wedding, Johann-Wenzel and Felicitas confided in Point of view their impatience to unite for life before their families and friends gathered in Vienna. “I can’t wait to live this day […] and to spend the rest of my life with her”, explained the son of Princess Marie of Orléans and Prince Gundakar of Liechtenstein. And this June 10, the bride and groom did not hide their immense joy in saying “yes” to each other. in the Church of the Servites in Vienna, the happiest day of their lives!

Felicitas arrived smiling aboard a convertible vintage car alongside her father, Count Lukas von Hartig. And the bride showed no signs of nervousness!

The young woman wore a dress from the Spanish brand Jesus Peiro with puffed sleeves and simple lines but the best effect. The delicate flowers stuck in her loose hair recall her bouquet of white and red roses – matching Johann-Wenzel’s waistcoat – and foliage. Classic and elegant, the bride had chosen not to add a veil to her dress.

Prince Johann-Wenzel had chosen as witness his brother, Prince Gabriel of Liechtenstein, and Zach Faja, one of his comrades in the Coldstream Guards regiment.

It was on her father’s arm that Felicitas ascended the nave of the church to join Johann-Wenzel, dazzled by her beauty and more in love than ever.

At the end of the ceremony, the newlyweds were celebrated as it should be by their loved ones. No sooner had they crossed the door of the church than Feliciats and Johann-Wenzel found themselves under a shower of white confetti in the shape of a heart.

Several members of European royal families as well as many representatives of the elite had been invited. The parents and brothers and sisters of the bride and groom were of course at the wedding: Prince Gundakar of Liechtenstein and Princess Marie of Orléans, Princesses Leopoldine, Maria Immaculata and Marguerite of Liechtenstein, Prince Gabriel Liechtenstein, Count Lukas von Hartig , Feliciatas’ father, Claudia Marieliese Edle von Toperczer, her mother, and her brother, Ferdinand Graf von Hartig.

Dom Duarte, Duke of Braganza, his wife Dona Isabel of Braganza and their son Dom Alfonso, Prince of Beira and Duke of Barcelo, were among the guests, but were not accompanied by their daughter Maria Francisca of Braganza, who would marry his engaged on October 7, 2023 in Portugal.
