The Opus 45 symphony orchestra made the audience at the Espace George-Sand dance on Sunday.
The musicians of the Opus 45 symphony orchestra and their conductor Philippe Gabez have added a new performance to their traditional concerts. Sunday afternoon, on the stage of the Salle Molière, they hosted a big tea dance.
Waltz, polka, tango, paso doble, rock and slow, they made around a hundred people dance, seated around round tables, like in a cabaret.
Dancers and musicians alike all appreciated this new, more relaxed genre. A first tea dance enjoyed, with a large dance floor, a large orchestra on stage and a refreshment bar available!
