“We will build the world tomorrow, we will not always agree, but as long as we still love each other, we will build the world tomorrow, it is up to us to change the scenery, without fear we are much stronger .“This chorus hit the airwaves at the beginning of the week and intends to stay in people’s minds for several months. A musical war machine, “Le monde tomorrow”, which will be the standard-bearer of the next Enfoirés tour accompanying the 40th Restos du coeur campaign.
40 years ago, they were not born. But don’t they say that talent does not wait for years? To promote its action this year, the association created by Coluche focused on youth, 28 and 34 years old. And on Normandy. Joseph Kamel and Daysy, both from Caen, did not hesitate for a second before answering the call from the Restaurants.
“We had a call with Joseph from our label, Duchess, a label from Caen who announced to us: the Enfoirés teams are looking for the new song“, says the Norman musician. “We quickly locked ourselves in Joseph’s studio, at his parents’ house, to try to compose the best song possible for this incredible occasion.“
The well-established duo was not paralyzed by the challenge. “Joseph and I are very close, we are friends. THISWe’ve been working together for a long time. We are also used to composing for other artists, so the chemistry works well between us. We did everything at the same time – lyrics and music – and the song was born like that.“

Behind the apparent ease, the two acolytes retain a certain humility. “This is obviously a pretty crazy opportunity. We are very honored, Joseph and I, to have been able to propose a song. There are a lot of big names who have come before us (editor’s note: Ycare, Amir, Patrick Bruel and especially Jean-Jacques Goldman). We are actually quite young in this profession. It was obviously a special honor to be able to submit a song like that.“
An honor to follow in the footsteps of great names in French song but also to carry the voice of the association created by Coluche 40 years ago. “His objective was to ensure that this association did not exist for too long. Unfortunately, there is still a great need for this association, more and more among young people in particular, among students“, regrets Daysy.
“I think he would probably be like us, a little saddened to see that this reality is still very much present. But that’s also why the association exists and it’s extremely important that it continues to exist. We know the numbers, how powerful it is and how much people need it. And more and more.”
Less known than his friend nationally, Daysy has been charting his musical path for more than ten years. For the musician, the adventure began as a duo (definitely) with Léo Chatelier before taking a solo turn after Covid. A “luxury” version of his latest EP, “Tout dire”, was released on January 10.
In the coming months, the young woman will defend her songs on the roads of France, alone but also well accompanied. “I don’t know who will participate in the Enfoirés tour but I know that I won’t be there not since I have the chance to open for Pierre Garnier (another Norman) this year and it’s incredible for me. But I am delighted to have been able to contribute in my own way to this legendary association.”
