From the Plaza Athénée to the Bristol, via the kitchens of the National Assembly and the Sofitel Scribe, Alexandre Willaume has honed his talent with major houses. Today, it is in Paris that he puts down his knives, with a strong vision: that of a kitchen committed, conscious and focused on the essential.
As a reminder, the FRAMEthis is the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the Eiffel Tower, just a few steps away. On site, we discover a very large room with different spaces with an open kitchen. Large tables but also small duo tables await you behind the large bay window, bathed in light.
On the plate, the chef celebrates the seafood and seasonal vegetableswhile exploring subtle and daring associations.
