The Cassipontine troupe, founded by Viviane Da Silva, is currently rehearsing its first show of the season, which it will perform from January 30 to February 2 (reservations at 06 86 92 25 16). The proceeds from the evening of Saturday February 1st will be entirely donated to the “Passe ta marrow” association.

It is with a farce that the Comédiens du Chêne will attack this 2025 season. Rumeurs is a play by the American playwright Neil Simon, written in 1988 by this master of comedy, several of whose works have enjoyed immense success. A couple invites friends for their 10th wedding anniversary. They will ultimately be absent from their own ceremony, while their guests try to put an end to the rumors circulating about them. Between lies, misunderstandings and slamming doors, laughter is guaranteed. Ten actors will be on stage for this play, which will be preceded by a curtain raiser involving a few other actors.

Frédéric Blanc, one of the actors, is also responsible for the South-West zone of the “Passe ta marrow” association. He confides: “I have a friend who was saved thanks to a bone marrow donation. I am involved in promoting these donations which, in 80% of cases, are made simply by taking a blood sample. But it is essential that young adults (18-35 years old) register to be solicited when a compatible recipient needs it To ensure our visibility among potential donors, particularly in the field of sport, we need some funds Viviane Da. Silva generously responded to our call, and I thank her very much.”

In March, the Cancerology Committee 47 will benefit from the proceeds from one evening. A year that promises to be placed under the sign of laughter and generosity.
