The annual ranking listing the 100 favorite French restaurants was released on January 7 on The Fork website. Ranging from neighborhood bistros, to starred restaurants, through unusual addresses, this ranking reveals the best addresses in the four corners of . Mainly based on the votes and opinions of its community, The Fork’s top 100 this year includes nine Lyon restaurants.

Lyon in twenty-eighth place

If the top 3 brings together Parisian restaurants, you will have to wait until 28th place to find a Lyon restaurant. First in its city, the best restaurant in Lyon would therefore be found at Malva, located in the sixth arrondissement. A restaurant with Franco-Ukrainian flavors, under the leadership of chef Illia Vasutinsky. Four places later, we find Le Casse-Museau in 32nd position, a stopper offering local specialties in the 1st arrondissement.

You will then have to go down halfway to find Accord Gourmand, an English restaurant, located in the 9th arrondissement. Followed by the Alexandrin of the 3rd arrondissement, in 66th place. The Gojo in 72nd place, the Gonzague Burger in 76th, the floor in 89th, the Saint-Jean cheese shop in 93rd and the Bodhi Resto and Bar in 94th place, complete this top 100.
