The Nouvel Horizon des Cultures troupe presents its latest theatrical creation, called “Adnass”, this Saturday January 4, 2025, at 8 p.m., at the Mohammed V Theater in Rabat. Directed by Ahmed Amine Sahel, “Adnass” is a bold and captivating work that plunges into the fascinating and disturbing world of witchcraft. “This piece explores the mysteries of witchcraft through a surreal and poetic approach.
It transcends cultural and geographical boundaries to ask a universal question: why do human beings abandon themselves to esotericism? Between the quest for transformation, the need to fill an inner void or the desire to do harm, “Adnass” reveals the complex motivations that drive the human soul,” explains the troupe. Performed by Hind Belouala, Farida Bouazzaoui, Bouchra Cherif and Amine Talidi, this work is supported by a bold staging and a captivating visual aesthetic. It aims to be a mirror of human flaws, secret aspirations and the invisible forces that shape our lives. “Adnass” promises a unique experience, combining stage poetry, intense emotional charge and introspective reflection.
