A memorable winter night

For the winter season, Casa Batlló is transformed into an enchanting universe with the “A Winter Night” experience. This nighttime tour offers visitors complete immersion through spectacular light installations, captivating projections and augmented reality technologies. A true ode to Gaudí’s creativity, specially highlighted to celebrate Christmas.

Dazzling lights and projections

Visitors will be able to explore the most emblematic spaces of Casa Batlló, transformed by new lighting and projections. Among the highlights of this scenography: the famous Gaudí Cube and the rear facade, which come to life thanks to modern and interactive animations, bringing a new vision to this timeless work.

Two stories to better understand the story

Enriching the visit, two captivating narrations transport visitors into the history of the Batlló family:

  • Ferminaformer nanny of the family, shares her touching memories of past generations.
  • Juan Carlos Marimondescendant of the Batlló, recounts family anecdotes in a story narrated by Mario Gas (in Spanish and Catalan).

These stories, based on real events, immerse visitors in the intimacy of the daily life of the Batlló family and their times.

An exploration in augmented reality

Augmented reality content adds a fun and immersive dimension to the visit. Young and old will be able to discover the hidden magic of Casa Batlló thanks to fascinating animations and immersive 360° rooms. Every detail of the monument comes to life to offer an extraordinary interactive experience.

Tailor-made music

An exclusive soundtrack, composed by Jordi Longán with the participation of Sheila Blanco, accompanies this magical experience. Inspired by the world of Gaudí and the beginnings of the 20th century, the music further enriches the unique atmosphere of this nocturnal adventure.

The facade illuminated for Christmas

From November 15 and until January 14, the emblematic facade of Casa Batlló lights up every evening from 6:30 p.m. This light display, designed by Toni Llobet, enhances the building and invites passers-by to discover the magic of Christmas.
