This Monday, December 16, there are fewer activities than this weekend in the city center of Alès, in the Gard. The Christmas market awaits its customers on the square in front of the Le Cratère theater, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. And in one of the small chalets, Santa Claus can be photographed with the children or with the family (fee) from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
On the Place des Martyrs-de-la-Résistance, the synthetic ice rink is open from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (€2, skates provided). In the streets of the city center, a musical stroll is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. And a mascot parade is expected from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Also, the little Christmas train runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., departing from Place Gabriel-Péri, to wander the streets of Docteur-Serres, Saint-Vincent, Rollin, Taisson and de Beauteville , Avéjan, Salvador-Allende, Saint-Vincent and Boulevard Louis-Blanc.
