On the sidelines of his participation in the 21st edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival, Moroccan comedian Zoubir Hilal spoke in an interview for Le360 on his recent cinematic experience in the film “Za3zou3” by Rabi shajid. He said this project represented a new and exciting artistic experience for him.
Zoubir Hilal underlined that the film had been a great success, receiving very positive feedback from the public, in particular by being “sold out”, proof of the public’s enthusiasm for this work. He said: “Thank God the film was a great success”, before adding: “nWe have achieved sessions with a full house.»
About his work on the film, Zoubir highlighted the quality of the collaboration with his colleagues, in particular with figures like Bassou and Oussama Ramzi. He clarified that there was no competition between the members of the team, but rather complementarity and constant mutual assistance to offer the best result. He added: “There was no competition in the film, we all worked together to ensure the best possible quality.»

In response to a question about his diet, Zoubir Hilal explained that he did not follow it rigorously, specifying that this had no connection with the roles he plays in his works. In a humorous tone, he added: “I think that sometimes I let myself go, I don’t really stick to the diet and the sports exercises that I have to do, but, God willing, I will start doing it in the future.»
As for his projects, Hilal revealed that he is currently filming new works, including a series called “Toi et Moi”, which will be broadcast soon on the channel Al Aoulaas well as other projects planned for Ramadan 2025.
