The video went viral. Lily Phillips, a star of the site OnlyFans (on which many offers from sex workers are published), challenged herself to have 100 sexual relations in a single day. As she organized and then achieved her goal, videographer Josh Pieters filmed her for a documentary uploaded to his YouTube channel on December 7. The most striking extracts made the rounds on social networks, and worried more than one.

In an extract relayed by the media The Shade Borough on TikTok, the 23-year-old young woman is interviewed at the end of the day, after having had sex with 101 men. “When was the last time you ate?”asks Josh Pieters. “I ate a snack, a sandwich and otherwise only penises”, she replies.
Visibly upset by what she has just experienced, the young woman struggles to put her feelings into words: “It’s not for sensitive girls, I have to be honest, it was tough”, she said with tears in her eyes. “I don’t know if I would recommend it”, “it’s like being a prostitute, it’s a different feeling. I don’t know how to explain it…”. “It’s not like having sex with someone.”Josh Pieters whispers to him. “Yes, it’s coming together, it’s really intense,” she said. “More intense than you imagined?” –“definitely yes.”

Mental health of OnlyFans sex workers questioned
The video greatly worried Internet users. “It’s really sad”, “She looks traumatized”, “Shame, guilt, humiliation, she looks in pain”, can we read under the TikTok publication. “You can see the flashbacks in her eyes… I hope she has someone to talk to…” writes another.
Some even cried foul and begged to ban the OnlyFans site. “Look at this woman’s eyes, even with all her bravado, all I want to do is cuddle her. OnlyFans makes this possible and should be banned”. “It’s clear that OnlyFans has turned women into plastic dolls – and the ‘models’ themselves have bought into this heartbreaking lie. BAN ONLYFANS NOW”several people on X were outraged, as reported by the media The Mirror in an article from December 11.
But Lily Phillips doesn’t seem to want to stop there. The young woman has already announced her next challenge: having sex with 1000 men in 24 hours.
