His passage to the Star Academy dates back to the end of 2006. Cynthia Brown marked the sixth season of the talent show when she was only 24 years old. The young Franco-Indian singer made it as far as the semi-finals before being eliminated. She has since quit her music career and become a life and fitness coach. “I’m super happy. It's a baby I made alone. It’s a baby that took a lot of time and thought.”declares Cynthia Brown, visibly very happy. Sam Zirah was apparently surprised to learn she's having this baby on her own, sparking a burst of laughter from Cynthia Brown. “Give me a baby! And he arrived”she jokes before explaining the reasons why she resorted to PMA: “Today you can have babies on your own. I am single and I don't feel like being with a man in my life. Too traumatized by a lot of things. Except that there is the desire for a third child coming. And I say to myself: 'But how do I do it?' I don't have a man in my life, I didn't want to meet anyone. It was a bit complicated. Just when I was almost giving up on this third child, I discovered that it was possible to have children on my own. […]but three years ago I didn’t know that.” She also says that she had to “do IVF in Spain” to get pregnant. “It’s wonderful”she finally confided with a big smile.

The 42-year-old mother declares that she absolutely wanted this child, but having to do it with a partner was not an option for her. “When I realized I could have a child without having a man in my life, but it was an emotional release”she says in complete honesty before continuing: “Because when you want a child, […] it’s visceral. […] it’s extremely painful for a woman to give up on having a baby.”
