With 6,051.75 euros donated to the AFM, the Lescure Téléthon Collective can be proud of its volunteers, participants and partners who achieved great success.
The kick-off, given on November 16 with the dinner dance, brought together more than 110 guests in a superb atmosphere. On November 29, while Paris celebrated the Telethon, the church of Lescure resonated with the thousand voices of the artists present. Nicole Rieu, with her enchanting voice, won over the audience, while the duo Nico & Kélyan thrilled the audience with covers of current hits.
On December 1, the day began with a demonstration by the Karate Club du Couserans, followed by dynamic choreographies by GV Lescure, led by the energetic host Fatima. Country fans enjoyed a lively demonstration and an initiation open to all.
The gourmet market was a real success with its millas, pastries and a tasty wild boar stew. Taking advantage of the good weather, some guests had lunch on the terrace, accompanied by a rich gourmet coffee. In the afternoon, tap dancing and contemporary dances delighted the spectators. The performances of “C Temps Dansent” and Couserans Country 09 were a great success.
The unusual “All Builders” challenge left its mark: a replica of the Noguès bell tower was made with more than 400 tin cans, arousing general admiration. The wheel of fortune also made many happy, with one lucky lady walking away with a magnificent basket.
After the accounts, the Lescure Téléthon Collective was proud to announce a donation of 6,051.75 euros to the French Association against Myopathies.
See you in 2025 for a new, even more ambitious and united edition!
