For Christmas, what if you fell for personalized products inspired by Le Havre (Seine-Maritime), the city you love?
In her workshop-boutique, Élodie Launay displays her talent as an illustrator on a multitude of objects: throws, mugs, cushion covers, earrings, pens, bottle openers, t-shirts, bodysuits…
With a characteristic style, made of refined shapes, this designer, originally from the Océane city, puts some of her artisanal creations in the spotlight for the holidays.
Several items highlighted for Christmas
And what could be more representative of Christmas than decorations to hang on the tree? In its flat version, discover the Le Havre Christmas ball at 9.90 eurosdecorated with emblematic designs engraved on lime wood and cut in the workshop.
“If necessary, we can even personalize the back, add a little word, a first name or something else, if we wish,” specifies the manager.
The designer also offers two different boxes presented in a plastic ball, “which can be hung or given as a small table gift, as desired,” adds Élodie Launay.
- Men’s box (€12.40): a magnetic bottle opener and a bamboo wine stopper, decorated with the “Le Havre circle”, a signature design of the designer.
- Feminine box (€17.80): a barrette in the shape of a bow tie with “the Le Havre wave” and matching earrings in lime wood, colored by hand and protected by resin.
Where to find these creations?
Graville’s workshop-boutique, located at 77 rue Auguste-Blanqui, will close permanently at the end of the year. It’s the end of an adventure and the beginning of a new one for Élodie Launay, also a candle creator, who had been running the business for around three years.
You still have until the end of December to open the doors of the store. Subsequently, his creations will be available in the designer boutiques of the Auchan galleries in Montivilliers and Leclerc in Gonfreville-l’Orcher, during their usual opening hours.
