The Zénith de Nantes will welcome 500 amateur choristers on January 10 as part of the show “15,000 voices for the most beautiful French songs”.
A rehearsal was held on Saturday, November 30, all morning, at the Externat des enfants Nantes.

David Hardit productions have reserved 30 theaters in the provinces (including several zeniths) and hope to fill up.

Before the confrontation in front of the public, significant rehearsal work began, for adjusting the voices and coordinating the singers. For many committed people, it is a great opportunity to achieve their dreams.

The head chef Claire de Belloy brought together nearly 400 performers to give them the “la”: This morning we worked on 6 songs out of the 22. I try to give practical advice: breathe in concert mode all the time and sing in the shower or in the car. People sometimes practice in choirs but do not necessarily have a technical level. I also have to try to properly tune all the different vocal ranges.
The work on vocal technique is carried out with great concentration. In the room, everyone seems to be in their place and gives the impression of happily joining in with this project already established at the Star Academy and which will be accompanied by professional soloists and musicians.
Another is already in the works. In 2026, 15,000 different voices will address rock legends in 30 venues. From Queen to The Beatles and AC/DC, we will change register but the formula will remain the same: allowing strangers to live their passion
