Seniority and loyalty rewarded by the City of Flers and the Agglo

It’s a ritual friendly annual which allows the city of Flers (Orne) and Flers agglo to honor its most loyal agents at the end of the year 2024. Gathered in the Madeleine-Louaintier room, the recipients were to receive from the hands of elected officials a pretty medal and a diploma to crown their seniority.

Files examined by the prefecture

The city and the agglomeration only “propose” the agents towards the end of April and it is then the prefecture who examines the files and who issues the diplomas for the summer. This promotion of July 14, 2024 is well balanced between men and women.

Depending on their seniority, agents received a silver medal (20 years), a vermeil medal (30 years) or the gold medal for no less than 35 years of service!

At the microphone, Béatrice Guyotvice-president of Flers agglo and Gaëlle Pioline1^re assistant to Yves Goasdoué, divided up the presentation and the delicate task of giving little compliments to the heroes of the evening. They did not lack inspiration…

Nadia de Robillardvermeil medal at the direction of public services, was described by Gaëlle as a “service fashionista. She’s the one who sets the fashion trend! » ; gold medalist, Didier Duchemin, in the direction of the promotion of entertainment and sport, was praised for the several thousand children to whom he learned to swim and for having been “the initiator of the Flers water polo team”.

But the most original verse was intended for the career of Laurence Énoufvermeil medalist: “we summarize her career in numbers and letters since she achieved the feat of moving from the media library and books to the finance department”…

As for Youssef Zeniterin charge of the attractiveness of the territory, the cries and applause of its supporters who came in large numbers testified to its popularity even before it was presented… Finally, the General Director of Services of Flers Agglo and the city of Flers, Christophe Alligné, received his gold medal with all the seriousness befitting his position.

After the family photo with the elected officials present, in the general good mood, everyone received a beautiful orchid and was able to share the pot of friendship.
