Fally Ipupa, whose real name is Fally Ipupa Nsimba, was born on December 14, 1977 in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He began his career within the Talent Latent group before joining Koffi Olomide’s Quartier latin international in 1999, where he quickly gained notoriety. From 2006, he launched a solo career with the release of his first album, “Droit chemin”, which met with immediate success and was certified gold.

His following albums, “Arsenal de belles mots” (2009) and “Power kosa leka” (2013), confirmed his status as a superstar of Congolese rumba.
