The AI Film Awards arrive in Marrakech: artificial intelligence reinvents cinema and audiovisual production, start of a tour in Africa
Marrakech, December 2, 2024 – After lighting up the stages of Cannes, Venice and Dubai, the AI Film Awards are entering Marrakech, marking the launch of an African tour. In partnership with the École Supérieure des Arts Visuels (ESAV), this event will take place in parallel with the Marrakech International Film Festival, bringing together AI film creators, directors, experts in artificial intelligence (AI) and young talents around a innovative program.
Under the sponsorship of Nabil Bouhajra, director of TV5MONDE Maghreb-Orient and president of the jury, the AI Film Awards 2024 will offer a reflection on current issues in cinema and technology, while exploring the new perspectives opened up by AI for cinematographic and audiovisual production. This unique event will allow participants to discover and discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming cinematic storytelling.
The AI FILM AWARDS MARRAKECH announce an even larger-scale event: the AI FILM AWARDS AFRICAwhich will also be held in Marrakech from April 14 to 16, 2025, in partnership with GITEX AFRICA.
