The 21st Gallo en Scène festival offers until November 26 menteries, theater (professional and amateur), culinary and creative workshops, but also stories, meetings and exhibitions in the towns of Bréhand, Lamballe-Armor, Moncontour, Plédran, Plouasne and Saint-Brieuc. The festival is open to all audiences. Most events are free and show prices are reduced. For some, it is advisable to book in advance.
This festival is organized by the Qerouézée association, promoting the Gallic language, which aims to support, promote and revitalize Gallo, the language of Upper Brittany, in the Côtes-d’Armor region. The organizers, “driven by the desire to bring Gallo to life in Penthièvre and its surroundings”, are happy with its success from year to year. This clearly shows that the public “is eager to hear, speak and even transmit Gallo to younger generations”.
