Sudden and suffered deprogramming

This choice of station does not suit the nevertheless popular Sophie Davant, whose entertainment program Sophie and friends has occupied this time slot since August 2023, and for at least a few more weeks. The show was in fact supposed to run at least until the summer schedule was put in place at the beginning of July. When contacted, the host did not wish to react to this sudden and sustained deprogramming. What its columnist Énora Malagré did not fail to do on Friday, on the social network Instagram, by addressing her listeners. “We really all found out about it an hour ago!” I think Sophie will still manage to say a word to you on Monday. I’ll talk to you more later… Now I’m a little in shock. » Former columnist in Cyril Hanouna’s shows, their relations were strained until his departure in 2017.

Good audiences for Sophie Davant

Europe 1 had also recruited the host a year ago, to boost its audiences at half mast. And this project was rather well underway since Sophie and friends, after a start of around 76,000 daily listeners according to Médiamétrie, has posted completely correct figures in recent months. From January to March, Sophie Davant attracted 133,000 listeners on average every day.
