Bloodline OG is officially back. During Crown Jewel 2024, Sami Zayn made a notable appearance after the match between the Bloodline and Roman Reigns and the Usos. However, Zayn accidentally hit Reigns with a Helluva Kick. During RAW last Monday, Jey Uso invited Sami Zayn to SmackDown to talk about it directly with Roman Reigns.
The November 8, 2024 SmackDown show began with Roman Reigns, the Usos and Sami Zayn united in the ring. Zayn immediately clarified that Crown Jewel’s Helluva Kick was a mistake. He then proposed to Reigns that they reform the old Bloodline, noting that their moment together at Crown Jewel had been special. However, Sami Zayn demanded that Reigns apologize to Jey Uso. Roman apologized… but only for letting Jey “waste his time” with this story. He recalled that Sami Zayn was not part of the family and affirmed that his only concern was Solo Sikoa.
In the Main Event, the Bloodline held an “Undisputed Tribal Chief Acknowledgment Ceremony”. Roman Reigns entered the ring and proposed a one-on-one match against Solo Sikoa to determine who would be the real Tribal Chief. Solo refused, stating that he was already the Tribal Chief undisputed, and challenged Reigns: to find four teammates for a future “war”.
Surprised, Reigns asked why they would need to be five, when he sees four opponents. Solo then claimed that Sami Zayn had now joined the Bloodline.
The situation then escalated when the Bloodline attacked Roman Reigns. The Usos tried to defend their cousin, but to no avail. Solo Sikoa then invited Sami Zayn to perform a Helluva Kick on Reigns. Against all odds, Zayn chose to hit Solo Sikoa instead! This is how the show concluded with the reunion of the Bloodline OG who all raised their fingers. All that’s missing is Paul Heyman to be complete.
Shortly after the show, WWE confirmed that the new Bloodline will face the old Bloodline at Survivor Series WarGames on November 30, 2024.
