Who are the winners of the Allier Business Trophies?

Highlighting the know-how and success of Bourbonnais gems: this is the objective of the Allier Business Trophies, co-organized this Thursday, November 7, at the Moulins exhibition center, by the newspaper The Mountain and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Here are the winners of this sixth edition.

They make the heart of our region beat. They contribute to the economic development of Allier and reinforce its attractiveness. They are sources of wealth, jobs, vitality and innovation. They are Bourbonnais companies.

This Thursday, at the Moulins exhibition center, an evening (the sixth of the name) was dedicated to them, with the desire to promote remarkable stories.

First to take the stage (in front of 300 people), Stéphane Vergeade, editorial director of the Center group, recalled his attachment to the Business Trophies: “Highlighting positive initiatives is also our role in the region. »

Present at his side, Jean-Claude Pérot, president of the Bourbonnaise Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in turn praised the richness of the local economic fabric, the efforts and “expertise” of the department’s businesses.

We are lucky to have entrepreneurs who put all their will into succeeding.

A handful of them were rewarded this Thursday. Here are the winners, category by category, of these 2024 Trophies, co-organized by La Montagne and the CCI de l’Allier.

“They are committed”: Findis-DesamaisPresentation of the “elles s’engage” prize by Philippe Bougerolle (president of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises Allier) to the company Findis Desamais represented by Inès Chateau, Stéphane Pommereul, Valérie Michel.

At home, the company, which employs more than 150 people on its Aver site, brought the cup home (presented by the president of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Entreprises Allier, Philippe Bougerolle), for its very first participation in the Trophées des businesses.

Allier Business Trophy: from Avermes, Findis-Desamais is committed to serving traders

The national distributor of home equipment (€60 million turnover for the Avermes site, €300 million for the entire group), represented by its executives, Inès Château, Stéphane Pommereul and Valérie Michel, was honored for its multiple commitments: in particular its support for local commerce. A “close, innovative and sustainable” company.

“They’re getting started”: Kheiron Inclusive Innovations

For the design of the Wallaby, an inclusive sports chair for disabled children, made in France, Wally Salvan was acclaimed by the public at the Parc des Expos. He received his trophy from the hands of Bruno Bellosta, president of the French Building Federation of Allier.d646bbcbee.jpgPresentation of the “Elles s’landre” prize by Bruno Bellosta (president of the French Building Federation of Allier, FFB) to the company Kheiron Inclusive Innovations represented by Wally Salvan president.

“This trophy is a beautiful symbol. I have been working on this chair for ten years, there have been a lot of obstacles and today, the challenge has paid off. The Wallaby costs €570, the amount of the Social Security reimbursement. A disabled child will therefore no longer pay to have a sports chair. »

“They succeed”: Bourbonnais metal constructions2f9dba79b1.jpgThey were awarded the prize by Claude Riboulet (president of the Departmental Council) and Pierre-Andre Périsol (president of Moulins Communauté) to the company CMB Metallic Constructions Bourbonnaises represented by operations manager Olivier Rivière and Yohann Petiteau.

Better known as CMB, the company, based in Saint-Gérand-de-Vaux (€28.5 million turnover in 2023), specializes in the construction of metal structures.

Once the prize was awarded by Claude Riboulet, president of the Departmental Council and Pierre-André Périssol, president of Moulins community, operations manager Olivier Rivière retraced some major projects carried out by CMB (around 250 orders per year): from door lintel for a small business with a metal frame for an airport like .

“They innovate”: Dare to Act

Because she saved a life, Chantal Fradin changed careers to sell defibrillators. And for a year, the beautiful story has continued. She therefore created her company in Creuzier-le-Vieux to offer a cardiac massage aid device. “And so that everyone can intervene without fear,” said the winner. In less than a minute, the user can provide an “effective and optimal” cardiac massage.

One of the satisfactions for Chantal Fradin is that the Allier Departmental Union of Firefighters (represented this Thursday by one of its trainers) is participating in the popularization of this object.ec063ff36c.jpgPresentation of the “elles innovent” prize by Jerome Soleilhac (director of the Allier-Creuse Business Center of Crédit Agricole Center France) to the company Dare act represented by Chantal Fradin, president.Jérôme Soleilhac, director of the Allier-Creuse Business Center of Crédit Agricole, presented him with his trophy.

“They export”: Manufacture du Bourbonnais 762a17ad8e.jpgPresentation of the “elles exportent” prize by Hubert Gomot (president of the Moulins CCI Allier delegation) to the company Manufacture du Bourbonnais represented by its director Dominique Charby.

Another Avermois company was rewarded this Thursday. A reference in the world of high-end cookers (from the Archambaud brand), the Manufacture du Bourbonnais and its five employees manufacture Rolls Royce versions of wood, gas and electric cooking ranges. Luxury stoves sold almost everywhere in Europe (20% of turnover is made from exports), as pointed out by director Dominique Charby. Proud to participate in “French excellence and to promote Bourbonnais internationally”. The trophy was presented by Hubert Gomot, president of the Moulins delegation to the CCI.

“The public’s favorite”: After-sales service 03

Not varnished in the “They succeed” category, the company based in Souvigny took its revenge by winning the public prize (presented by Michel Pelletier, manager of Eco Energies Lagarde). Enough to rejoice the boss, Anthony Sahnoune, happy to share this trophy with his team who came in large numbers.

What is this discreet company in Allier that has become Lidl’s French after-sales service?

Created in January 2014, SAV 03 currently employs 19 people. Behind this acronym, nothing less than the after-sales service of the German Lidl for its DIY and gardening products. After-sales service for all of France. The jury’s favorite for the Bosch company
Gilles Dubois, director of the Bosch site in Yzeure, received from Alexandre Chatenet, editorial director of the Allier editorial staff of the newspaper The Mountain and the president of the CCI, Jean-Claude Pérot, the jury’s favorite. Indeed, for the first time, the Allier Business Trophies jury has decided to award an out-of-category prize to a company.b589f3d75d.jpgSpecial public prize awarded by Jean-Claude Perot (president of the CCI) to the Bosch company represented by Gilles Dubois.
The Robert Bosch company had initially applied in the “They are committed” category. But during the last meeting of the jury in September, for the nomination of companies for the Trophies, the latter considered that Bosch ticked all the boxes, in each category, and wanted to award it a special prize. Bosch, specialized in the production of ESP and ABS automobile braking systems, is one of the international companies present in Allier, which innovate and promote our territory throughout the world.

Find the evening right here.
