New legal twist for Slimane. The singer, revealed in the musical telecrochet “The Voice”, is now the target of a preliminary investigation “concerning acts of sexual harassment aggravated by the use of a digital or electronic medium”, revealed this Thursday BFMTV and Le Parisien. This procedure was opened by the Saint-Étienne public prosecutor’s office, entrusting it to the Interdepartmental Directorate of the National Police of the Loire, after the filing of a complaint in this same city, where the alleged facts took place on the night of December 17 to 18, 2023.
Photos and videos of a sexual nature sent to justice
A former technician from his tour accuses the artist of having “blocked him against a wall”, of “forcing a hug” on him, saying he wanted a sexual relationship with him. Slimane then allegedly insisted, despite the complainant’s refusal, by sending messages for hours on WhatsApp as well as photos and videos of a sexual nature. These latter elements were brought in the first complaint for some then to the prosecution for others.
