AEW Dynamite Manchester, New Hampshire
The commentators are Taz, Tony Schiavone and Excalibur.
– Tonight it’s AEW Dynamite, the show starts with Tony Schiavone who is in the ring and he presents the Hurt Syndicate who arrives in the ring. MVP takes the mic from Schiavone and thanks him for the presentation, but he doesn’t think he needs it. MVP says they have an official announcement from the Hurt Syndicate. We know him well under the name MVP. MVP introduces us to Shelton Benjamin, a well decorated athlete in wrestling and a formidable opponent in the ring as we have seen. MVP introduces us to Bobby Lashley, a multiple champion in college wrestling, an MMA fighter, 4 times world champions through different companies, here is Bobby Lashley the Almighty. Their goal is to elevate the lives of young people and enhance their potential. As they did for them to become who they are today. If he gives a Hurt Syndicate card, it’s the golden ticket to success. If we accept it, it can change a life. If we refuse, it ends like this (we see a video of Bobby Lashley attacking Strickland last week).
MVP says Strickland decided to be an enemy to them. Swerve Strickland’s music starts. Strickland comes in and wants to fight, but the officials keep him on the stage. Strickland says he wants Bobby Lashley at Full Gear. MVP says they’ll see each other at Full Gear !
– We present a video on the rivalry between Jon Moxley and Orange Cassidy.
– Blackpool Combat Club enters the ring first. Cassidy then arrives and he invites the BCC to come fight on stage. The BCC approaches, but Allin launches himself from the top of the entrance onto Castagnoli and Pac to attack them. The two teams exchange blows ringside and head to the ring to officially start the match.
Tag Team Match
Claudio Castagnoli and Pac accompanied by Wheeler Yuta vs Orange Cassidy et Darby Allin
At the end of the fight, Allin did a Code Red on Castagnoli to chase him out of the ring. Cassidy launches a suicide jump on Pac and Castagnoli. Allin also goes after Pac and brings him back into the ring. Cassidy follows up with a DDT on Pac. Yuta enters the ring and wants to attack Cassidy, but Cassidy pushes him away with an Orange Punch. Castagnoli gets on the apron, Cassidy gives him an Orange Punch. Cassidy prepares for another Punch, but Marina Shafir comes in and hits the referee! Jon Moxley arrives and applies a Sleeper to Cassidy to stun him. They also attack Allin.
Winners: None – No Contest
– After the fight, Darby Allin manages to return his skateboard and hits the BCC members with his board. Castagnoli takes advantage of a distraction from Shafir to catch Allin and throw him against the post. The BCC then has fun beating Cassidy to the ground. Mark Briscoe’s music starts and the Conglomeration arrives. BCC quickly escapes the ring.
– Back, backstage, Renee Paquette stops Ricochet to find out who his mystery partner will be this evening. Ricochet says he could pick anyone from AEW since everyone here has a problem with the Callis Family, but he’s going to keep it a secret for tonight. The Hurt Syndicate arrives. Ricochet says he’s happy to see them again, but they’ve already talked. MVP approves. MVP says they just wanted to wish him good luck tonight.
Fight Without Honor
Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Tomohiro Ishii et Kyle O’Reilly) vs Learning Tree (Chris Jericho, Big Bill et Bryan Keith)
At the end of the fight, Briscoe avoids a chair shot from Jericho and hits a Jay Driller. Briscoe prepares a table and lays Jericho on it. Briscoe climbs to the top of the ladder and gives him an Elbow Drop through the table to cover him, but Keith breaks the count! Ishii gets back into the action to push Keith out of the ring. Ishii clotheslines Jericho. Ishii pulls Jericho up for a Brainbuster and covers him for the win.
Winners: Conglomeration
– Back, backstage, the BCC leaves the room. Jon Moxley says Wheeler Yuta doesn’t owe Orange Cassidy anything. Just because Yuta slept on his sofa or owes him money for gas doesn’t buy loyalty. Yuta is not Cassidy’s friend or student. Yuta is a soldier under his command. Moxley says it’s time to kill and build for the future.
Singles Match
Adam Cole vs Malakai Black
At the end of the fight, Cole goes for his finisher, but Black blocks him with his Black Mass and covers him, but he resists two! Black is in shock, Cole can no longer stand. Black picks him up, but Cole pushes him away with a Superkick. Cole follows up with a Panama Sunrise and gives him a Superkick. Black gets up a little, Cole gives him another Superkick. Cole continues with his Boom for the count of three.
Winner: Adam Cole
– After the fight, Cole invites Black to shake his hand and he accepts. Cole gets on the mic and asks who’s ready for a story. Cole says Malakai Black is the best he’s ever faced in his entire career, so thank you. Cole says he wants to talk about MJF too. He has two wins, one match remaining. Roderick Strong needs to win two matches. They will win these remaining matches. If he has three wins and Strong does too, what will happen to Full Gear? He spoke with Tony Khan, and the Full Gear match will become a 3-Way Match when they all have their three wins! Cole says MJF will get the beating of his life.
– We see MJF from home. MJF is not happy and makes a call to someone saying he has to go visit someone.
– Behind the scenes, Renee Paquette asks Jay White his response to Adam Page’s comments. Jay White says Page said he was going to try to break his ankle and burn down his house. Adam Page arrives and attacks White! The two exchange blows ringside. Adam Page decides to escape when Juice Robinson comes to help White.
White gets on the mic and says he would have liked to hear Page about Full Gear. For his part, for Full Gear he promises to beat Page and humiliate him. Fans will have fun watching him break Page. Page has never been in front of him and never will be in front of him. He might be the first to hit Page.
– Back, backstage, Renee Paquette talks about Full Gear, but Kris Statlander gets hit by a car. It is Kamille and Mercedes Moné in the car. Kris Statlander gets up and attacks Moné and Kamille. Statlander manages to ChokeSlam Moné on the car. Officials arrive to arrest him.
– Christian Cage arrives in the ring with his clan and security guards to protect the ring. Christian Cage demands everyone’s attention. Cage says security is there because it’s for everyone’s protection when HOOK comes. To begin, he wants to welcome Kip Sabian to his clan. He realized that Sabian only wanted his attention, someone without a father who was looking for guidance. Cage says Sabian stopped him from signing his title match contract because he saw that Blackpool Combat Club was waiting for him. Thanks to Sabian, he still has the contract with him. He loves Sabian for what he did. The two hug.
HOOK’s music starts and he arrives. HOOK tells Cage to hurry up, he’s not very patient. Cage says HOOK is a problem, HOOK is a joker by his actions. It wasn’t an attack, he needed a son like HOOK. He had to make HOOK disciplined. Yes he attacked Taz because he had to take Taz out to get HOOK. But he has a question, Taz saw his face, why did HOOK need the camera footage? Because Taz knows he doesn’t have what it takes to take HOOK to the next level. Taz was in a small company and he failed under the pressure when he moved up to the big company. Taz hid as a commentator. So does HOOK want to be a commentator or a multiple champion like Christian Cage? He needs HOOK and he wishes his father was dead.
HOOK pushes the security guards to the ground. HOOK manages to apply a Red Rum on Cage, but the security guards push HOOK away. Cage’s clan takes the opportunity to escape.
– Backstage, Alex asks Don Callis for his comments on the domination of Lance Archet and Brian Cage. Callis says it’s domination, nothing can stop them. A man arrives and gives an envelope with money to Don Callis. The man plays a video of MJF. MJF says he wishes Callis’ friends would take care of his Adam Cole problem. Callis is happy with his money.
Singles Match
Penelope Ford vs Jamie Hayter
At the end of the fight, Ford takes Hayter on his shoulders for a hold, but Hayter pushes her away and clotheslines her for the three count.
Winner: Jamie Hayter
– A video announces that Mina Shirakawa will be back next week.
– Back, we present a video of Kazuchika Okada announcing his participation in the AEW Continental Classic. He wants to defend his title and also win the tournament.
– Ricochet arrives on the scene and introduces his mystery partner. Ricochet says the two idiots made the mistake of letting him choose his partner. He realized that someone’s contract with the Don Callis Family had expired. This person was not happy to see that they forgot about him. So here’s his angry partner: Powerhouse Hobbs.
Tag Team Match
Kyle Fletcher et Konosuke Takeshita vs Ricochet et Powerhouse Hobbs
At the end of the fight, Ricochet wants to do a Poison Rana, but Takeshita does not fall. Fletcher tags in to do a Dommsday Device on Ricochet. Takeshita covers him, but Ricochet resists. Takeshita goes for a Running Knee, but Ricochet avoids it and kicks him. Ricochet sets up for a punch, Fletcher grabs his leg, but Hobbs clotheslines Fletcher. Hobbs takes a German Suplex for Ricochet. Ricochet goes for a Springboard for a Sunset Flip, but Takeshita resists. Ricochet follows up with a Shooting Star Press from the corner to cover him, but he still resists. Ricochet continues with his Clothesline for the three count.
Winners: Ricochet and Powerhouse Hobbs
– After the fight, Fletcher takes a chair and hits Hobbs and Ricochet in the back! Mark Davis comes to the ring and wants to calm Fletcher down. Fletcher pushes him, saying he doesn’t want to follow him. Davis pushes Fletcher to the floor. Lance Archer and Brian Cage arrive to attack Davis.
Adam Cole arrives, but Takeshita finds him on the stage. The two will exchange blows backstage. Fletcher goes to get a screwdriver for Davis, but the music by Will Ospreay get started! Ospreay begins to beat Fletcher. Hobbs gets up and helps Ospreay chase Cage and Archer out of the ring. Ospreay wants to do his Hidden Blade on Fletcher, but Fletcher manages to escape.
The show ends like this.
