A little message of support. Saturday evening, during the final of the telehook show “The Voice” on TF1, host Nikos Aliagas spoke a few words live to Kendji Girac, still recovering after being shot in his caravan in April.

“Get well my friend, we miss you,” said Nikos Aliagas, visibly moved when greeting the artist, who ten years earlier had won the same final of “The Voice”. “We hope to see you back here at home very soon,” continued the host.

Kendji Girac, whose hits “Color Gitano” or “Andalouse” marked his musical career, revealed himself in “The Voice” in 2014. On May 10, he celebrated the anniversary of his success on the show. But, still hospitalized after his gunshot wound, the artist was unable to celebrate this special moment with his fans.

“I would have liked to give you back a little of everything you gave me by being on stage today to celebrate this anniversary, but that is not possible and I am responsible for it,” Kendji wrote at the time Girac in an Instagram story, speaking for the first time since the start of the affair.

On April 22, Kendji was hospitalized following a gunshot wound to the chest, while he was with his partner and his daughter at a Traveler reception area in Biscarrosse (Landes). . Although he initially mentioned an “accidental shooting”, he finally explained to investigators that he wanted to “simulate a suicide”, with a recently acquired weapon, to scare his partner who was threatening to leave him.
