But what was his motivation? “The situation in restaurants is very complicated, it’s a struggle for everyone, the crisis, the increases, the electricity… Everything is increasing, it’s very complicated,” explains the man who embarked on the adventure . “It’s my first business, I invested everything and it was very difficult for me to recover from the lack of customers for a while. »
And even though he contacted the banks, no one followed him. “At one point, I really found myself at rock bottom. I was going to have to close. But I’m a fighter, I knew the show, I contacted M6 and I was selected. »
