Hidden in the lemur costume, the diamond rocker was eliminated from “Mask Singer” last Friday.

She returned to her adventure in “Bonjour! La Matinale TF1”, this Thursday, May 16.

Chantal Ladesou immediately recognized her voice. Catherine Lara couldn’t stay hidden for long in the lemur costume with which she participated in season 6 of “Mask Singer”. Unmasked last Friday during the second show of the year, the 78-year-old rocker confesses to having “hesitated a little” before participating. “I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into.”she slips into “Bonjour! La Matinale TF1” this Thursday, May 16, revealing that she “first said no two or three times.”

The 78-year-old diamond rocker rents “the truly extraordinary team” of the show, “lovely people” who gave her confidence. Because by joining the “Mask Singer” adventure, she had to overcome her phobia. “I was completely freaked out when I arrived. I did a lot of therapy to treat my claustrophobia”smiles Catherine Lara, delighted with her costume “Magnificent”. Even if it was unexpected.

“The lemur was funny! It had to be ridiculous. I wasn’t going to dress up as a princess”, she says, laughing. On the bill for the musical show “Identités” with the Kumo dance company, Catherine Lara describes “Mask Singer” as “very nice experience”. “Paid therapy is rare!”she laughs.
