This is an opportunity for pizza makers to experiment with new, creative, limited edition versions of this one of the most popular dishes on the planet. It’s also the chance for customers to choose their favorite among the restaurants, especially grouped in Montreal and Quebec.

Until May 5, a new free event is taking place in Quebec in the hope of bringing together gastronomy and urban agriculture. Cultures en ville takes place on rue Saint-Jean, in Old Quebec (between rue D’Auteuil and Côte du Palais). On the menu: meetings with local food artisans, gourmet appetizers in restaurants, flea market, distribution of free basil plants, daiquiris bar, entertainment, dance evening, etc.
