The daughter of Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel recently appeared with a sun-kissed make-up that makes us want a vacation.

Freshly named Dior beauty muse, Deva Cassel is making numerous notable appearances. In just a few years, the daughter of Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel has become one of the most prominent models of her generation, walking for the biggest names, from Dolce & Gabbana, to Jacquemus and the house of Dior. And if she shines with her sharp outfits, Deva Cassel also shines with her sophisticated beauty looks, enhancing her Franco-Italian features. Proof of this is the makeup that she recently revealed on her Instagram account.

Deva Cassel sets the tone for spring’s key makeup trend

Remember, last summer, social networks were ablaze with the “latte make-up” trend, this gourmet makeup which consists of imitating the effect of skin tanned by the sun’s rays. No detail is left to chance: the eyes take on shaded caramel shades, the cheeks are adorned with vitamin-rich peach blush while the omnipresent bronzer surrounds the entire face. Confirming her mastery of current beauty trends, Deva Cassel revealed on Instagram her latest fashion campaign for the Chinese edition of Nylon magazine. For the occasion, she wore makeup in golden/orange tones by Dior. A fresher and more subtle variation of the famous make-up latte.

Created by successful makeup artist Peter Phillips, Deva Cassel’s look is a true celebration of the arrival of the summer season. No glowy complexion in sight, the face is intended to be matte and unified so that the rest of the makeup is better highlighted. For an even more colorful result, her cheekbones are given a pretty bright pink while her lips are lacquered with a brownish pink lipstick. If you want a similar result, don’t hesitate to trace the outline of your mouth with a tone-on-tone pencil before applying your lipstick. As for the eyes, Peter Phillips opted for an iridescent orange eyeshadow applied all over the eyelid, and intensified with a slightly darker shade in the crease. He added a line of slightly blended black kohl on the lash line for a more natural look, a little mascara and that’s it!

And for those who are not fond of warm colors, don’t panic! According to the different shots from the photoshoot, the orange shade is neck and neck with cyan blue this summer. Very popular in the 1990s, it now infuses the looks of personalities like the catwalks of established houses. So, orange or bluish eyeshadow? It’s up to you to decide.
